Cranial Sacral Therapy
Our
bodies can heal themselves if we tap into them and allow them to
heal. However, we need to listen to our bodies and their
intelligence and allow the space and the room to heal. Through
Cranial Sacral Therapy we are listening to our bodies and allowing
our bodies to heal themselves. It is a subtle and profound healing
paradigm.
Our bodies are self healing, self regulating and self integrating.
Our bodies have all the information to heal and to maintain a
balanced state. There is an amazing intelligence at work within our
bodies and minds.

this inherent healing intelligence within your body and mind, and
gently counseling you.
Cranial Sacral Therapy permeates the cells and the tissues of the
body, maintaining its order and healing of the mind and body. Our
tissues and cells hold our most inner truth of our being. I am
tapping into the truth of your body. When the truth comes out in an
area of your body that is disconnected, it becomes connected and the
lines of isolation disappear and that area of the body starts to
breath again and energy flows freely.
Cranial Bones move and breath. Cranial bones if compressed can cause
health, mental, physical and physiological problems. By adjusting
the Cranial Bones it affects the whole human system. The brain
represents 80% of the central nervous system and is contained and
protected by the skull (Cranium). The Cranium Vault is made up of 8
cranial bones joined together at sutures (tongue and groove joints)
which allows for cranial micro motion.
Cerebro-Spinal Fluid - CSF is a sac like membrane called the dural
membrane which covers and surrounds the brain and the spinal cord.
CSF acts as a cushion, protecting this delicate mechanism, it
transports nutrition, removes waste products and provides an ideal
medium for essential nerve energy conduction. The brain and the
spinal cord form the central nervous system of the body co-ordinating
all tissues organs and systems within the body.
By doing Cranial Sacral Therapy there is a change in the
bioeclectric potency within the fluids, which turns into an
incredible healing physiological force that transforms our bodies
and minds. As the potency is received by the Cerebro-Spinal Fluid -
CSF, a tide like motion, or fluctuation is generated within the
fluids of the body, integrating and healing the human system and
its blockages.
When we are truly well our bodies vibrate vitality and our thoughts
and emotions are in alignment with our souls truth.
Disease is manifested when our bodies are not in accord with our
true self. When we are not in accord with our true self is when our
heart is not in accord with our soul. This is how dis-ease is
created.
