Energetic & Healing Nutrition

Bio-Energetics is the application of bio-energy for practical healing  purposes.  Bio-energy has been observed and described by many cultures. The East Indians call this energy prana and the channels nadis; the Chinese call this energy chi and the channels meridians. Bio-energy moves through the body in well described and defined channels, most of which run parallel to the pathways of the nervous system. Bio-energetic regulation affects cell metabolism, which is the most primary level of a disease's origin.

The body and its organs are nourished by bio-energy, the level of which is specific for age and gender. The physical body as a whole contains various energetic levels.

There are seven major energy centers in the body called chakras, corresponding to the major endocrine glands. They act as interfaces, which transform pure Information into Energy and Matter and as mediators between sensory awareness and emotional perception and processing.

Conventional medicine is directed at treating symptoms of the physical body. Bio-energetic regulation is aimed at harmonizing and optimizing the energy levels. Once this has been achieved, mind and body have an optimal adaptive ability at their disposal.
